General Information

  • Splash House is a 21+ Festival. ID is required for wristband pickup and re-entry to all venues.
  • A Splash House admission wristband includes access to all three hotel venues on Saturday and Sunday, subject to capacity limits.
  • Hotel programming runs Saturday & Sunday from noon until sundown.
  • Everyone is subject to search on entry to venues.
  • Re-entry is allowed at all venues, subject to capacity.
  • Lost or misplaced wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstance.
  • Splash House shuttles are complimentary and run between all venues.
  • The show will take place rain or shine.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change.
  • We are a cashless event. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Most venues will also accept Apple Pay and Android Pay. Cash payments will not be accepted.
  • Hotel Package purchasers will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details.
  • After Hours is a separately ticketed entry at the Palm Springs Air Museum. All Splash House policies apply.
  • After Hours programming runs Friday nights from 9pm-2am and Saturday nights from 10pm-2am.

Parking

The Convention Center parking lot on Avenida Caballeros will cost $10 per day on show days (Saturday and Sunday), payable upon arrival, with unlimited in-and-out access. Parking will be free on Fridays for credential pickup.

There is also limited free parking in the Andreas Lot (between Hilton & Renaissance) first come first serve.

Your mobile ticket(s) will be scanned at the box office in exchange for your wristband(s) that is required for Splash House and After Hours entry throughout the weekend.

If your party is arriving separately, you may transfer individual tickets (if eligible to transfer) to friends or family members from your Tixr account. If you are a Fan Transfer recipient, meaning someone you know and trust is transferring their tickets to you, you will be able to accept them in your Tixr account. Once the transfer offer is accepted by the recipient, the Original Purchaser is no longer the owner of the ticket(s).

For those that purchased hotel packages, your electronic passes have been loaded into your Tixr account.

  • Do Splash House Passes and Hotel Packages have a minimum age?

    Each guest must be 21+ in order to attend.

  • How do I pickup my wristband?

    All wristbands will be available for pickup just before each weekend at our box office location. Each guest needs to pick up their own wristband for ID check.

  • Can I use the festival passes for any weekend?

    Passes and hotel packages are good only for the weekend you purchased.

  • Can we buy festival passes for all weekends?

    Of course! We salute you.

  • Does a festival wristband include After Hours access?

    After Hours passes must be purchased separately. Hotel packages also do not include admission to After Hours at the Air Museum, however discounted After Hours passes will be available for Hotel Package purchasers. Select “After Hours” Add-On at check out once you have carted a hotel package.

  • Can I transfer my festival pass to friend?

    To transfer your order to a friend, log into your Tixr account and go to MY EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the email address you want to transfer the offer to.

    • Orders with payment plans cannot be transferred unless paid in full.
  • I only purchased After Hours passes. Can I pick those up at the Palm Springs Air Museum?

    Make sure you head to the box office before heading to the Palm Springs Air Museum to party.

  • I purchased a table, daybed or cabana. Where do I get more information?

  • Can someone else pick up my order at the box office/will call?

    No, each guest needs to pick up their own wristband with their government issued ID.

  • Can I bring Naloxone with me?

    Yes, Naloxone is permitted for personal use.

  • What happens if there are any damages to my room?

    Any damages, excessive cleaning and in-room smoking will be the responsibility of the guest. Please read the Rules & Required reading for more detail.

  • Are there any mandatory fees charged at check in?

    Housekeeping Gratuity Fee is a mandatory fee collected at check in to assist with the cleaning. This is the responsibility of the guest.

  • What’s included in a Hotel Package?

    All hotel packages include a three-night stay (Check In Friday- Check Out Monday) at the Saguaro Palm Springs, Margaritaville Palm Springs, Renaissance Palm Springs, L3 Oasis and Hilton Palm Springs (2 or 3 night stay), Splash House GA passes for your group and shuttle transportation between the Splash House venues. All taxes are included. Please note this is a 21+ event and all Hotel Package guests must be of age to receive a Splash House wristband.

  • How do I choose a hotel package?

    Over 1,000 rooms are available across our three resorts. These rooms are split up by room type, bed type and view. Browse all available room types here.

  • Do hotel packages include After Hours passes?

    Packages do not include After Hours passes. After Hours passes are sold separately, however discounted passes are available for package holders. Select “After Hours” Add-On at check out once you have carted a hotel package. One After Hours add-on is valid for one person.

  • What are the hotel Check In and Check Out times?

  • Can I request an early check in or check out?

    Early check in/late check out is subject to hotel availability and may cost an additional fee. This cost is the responsibility of the guest. All requests are not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly to submit your request. The hotel will have your information on file two weeks prior to check in.

  • Will the hotel hold our bags if our room is not ready?

    Yes, the hotel will be able to store your bags until your room is ready.

  • Can I submit a hotel request?
    Yes, please note all hotel requests are not guaranteed and subject to hotel discretion and room type. Hotel requests will be taken until 1 week prior to arrival.
  • Can I request my room to be next to our friends?

    Please contact Splash House Guest Services to submit a request. Make sure to have both your and your friend’s order numbers to submit the proximity request. Please note, requests are not guaranteed and subject to hotel availability.

  • I called the hotel and they do not have my information on file?

    Do not fret! The hotel will not have your reservation information on file until 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • How do I add names on my hotel reservation?

    Feel free to reach out to our guest services team at info@splashhouse.com with your order #, Splash House Weekend, Hotel and the names you would like to add to your reservation. We will also be sending out an additional name survey closer to arrival. Please note, after the below dates, there will be a $50 late name change fee.

    • August Weekend 1: July 19 at 5pm PT
    • August Weekend 2: July 26 at 5pm PT
  • How do I transfer my hotel package before the hotel transfer cutoff date?

  • How do I transfer my hotel package after the hotel transfer cut off date?

    If you have to transfer your hotel package or add/change any names to your reservation after the cut off dates below, there are two options.

    • August Weekend 1: July 19 at 5pm PT
    • August Weekend 2: July 26 at 5pm PT

    Option 1: If you need to transfer or add/change guest names prior to arrival, you will need to pay a $50 late name change fee per room. Please email our Guest Services team at info@splashhouse.com and we’ll facilitate.

    Option 2: If you need to add/change guest names, any name that we received prior to arrival will be able to update with the hotel front desk staff directly with an ID at no cost. Please note the primary/lead guest cannot be changed with the hotel.

  • When will my GA festival passes be loaded into my Tixr account?

    All GA passes will be loaded into your TIXR account after the cutoff dates:

    • August Weekend 1: July 19 at 5pm PT
    • August Weekend 2: July 26 at 5pm PT
  • Can I add additional nights to my stay?

    If you would like to purchase additional nights, feel free to book directly with the hotel. If you would like to link your reservations, be sure to book the same room type as your package. Once purchased, please reach out to guest services with the package order number, Splash House weekend, hotel and hotel confirmation number, additional night dates and we will do our best to link the reservations. Please note requests are not guaranteed and subject to availability.

  • Can I upgrade my room?

    At the host hotels (Saguaro, Margaritaville and Renaissance) room upgrades are not available. If you are staying at the Hilton, you can request an upgrade during check-in pending hotel availability. Please note, this cost is the guest responsibility.

  • How do I request an ADA room?

    Please refer to our Accessibility page.

  • How many guests can stay in my room?

    The amount of guests you purchase the package for, is the allowed amount in the room. Hotel occupancy is based on a maximum of two guests per bed, plus one guest for a sleeper sofa. We cannot allow additional persons above the room occupancy in any package.

  • Is WIFI complimentary at the hotel?

    Yes, wifi is complimentary for registered guests.

  • How do I check into the hotel?

    You may check in directly with the hotel when you arrive at the standard check in time. Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit or debit card to check into the hotel room. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. This does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package.

  • How can I purchase a hotel package as a gift?

    Once you have purchased a package, you can transfer it to your guest through your TIXR account up until the cutoff date of 3 weeks prior.

  • Can I buy multiple rooms?

    We have a (1) ‘per order’ limit for hotel packages to make sure everyone has a chance to get a room. You may purchase additional hotel packages with the same customer account once you complete your first order.

  • What happens if the hotel package I want is sold out?

    There will be a waitlist available for all sold out hotel packages after the presale launch. Please read here for more information.

  • Will I receive more informational emails prior to arrival?

    Unless you have opt-ed out of future notifications with us, you will receive an arrival email which contains all important information on how to check in to the hotel, pick up your wristbands and more! Make sure you are opted-in for future updates and communications from us here.

  • What happens if I arrive late to Splash House?

    Your hotel reservation will be intact! Please reach out to Guest Services to let us know of your late arrival and we will make a note on your reservation with the hotel.

  • What if I need to cancel my hotel package and want a refund?

    We do not offer refunds on hotel packages as all sales are final. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. View our Order Management page for more info.

    • Saguaro – Located on Sunrise Way in front of the hotel (Once disembarked, head toward the street intersection and cut left into the path towards the hotel main entrance)

    • Margaritaville – Located on Vista Chino on the south of the property

  • Water Refill Stations

    Make sure you bring your refillable water bottle with you (non-metal, please!) and hydrate often. We will have water refill stations located at each host hotel and at the Palm Springs Air Museum.

  • What happened to June?

    While we’re saying farewell on our June edition for now, we’re excited to take that energy into b2b August weekends and double-down on the Splash House you know and love. Change is never easy but it has always been part of our ethos and we’re staying true to that into our next decade. Who knows what surprises might be in store this year and the next!

  • Code of Conduct

    Splash House is committed to creating a safe experience for our guests, staff, and venues.

    EXPECTATIONS

    • Be respectful of hotel property and staff.
    • No smoking in the room or throughout any hotel property.
    • Clean up your rooms when you leave. All decor must be removed from rooms and walls prior to departure. If any adhesive damages walls or railings, incidental excessive cleaning fees will be incurred.
    • No outside food or beverage is permitted at the pools.
    • Most importantly, be safe, have fun and wear sunscreen!

    ACTIONS THAT WILL GET YOU REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL

    Any individual participating in this behavior may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the site and Festival Wristband revoked. No refund will be issued if ejected.

    • When there is no fire or emergency, falsely pulling any fire alarm is strictly prohibited. This offense is subject to an immediate removal and permanent ban from the event and is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and/or up to $1,000 in criminal fines.
    • Removing, tampering, or breaking smoke detectors or any fire equipment on property. Smoke machines are prohibited.
    • Do not throw anything off of your balconies.
    • Irresponsible use of alcohol.
    • Public nudity.
    • Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs.
    • Urinating in public (anywhere other than a proper restroom).
    • Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.
    • Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.

    INCIDENTALS

    Incidentals are a pre authorization that will be collected at check in with a credit or debit card. Any unused balance will be automatically refunded. These charges will be guaranteed by such attendees at the time of arrival and paid in full upon departure. This is collected in case there is any excessive cleaning, smoking or damages done to the hotel room or property.

    • Wear whatever makes you feel good and don’t be afraid to dress up.
    • Carry your ID with you at all times. But don’t use it for driving!
    • Leave your phone in your hotel room and see where your feet take you.
    • Drink lots of water and consume alcohol responsibly.
    • No outside food, beverage, glass, or any prohibited items at the pools!

  • Public Safety
    • Crowd management and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed, specific actions which are taken. Some of the safety measures you will notice upon your arrival such as bag checks and safety screenings.
    • Please note that we will implement searches upon festival entry. Please note the Prohibited Items list, these will be refused by the search staff and must be disposed of or returned to room by patron.
    • If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical location or alert a staff member.
    • And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or Public Safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
